Let's take it from the top...

Alys Ann aka Alli grew up in NW Ohio and SW Michigan transplanting to the Chicago area in 2011.  She started off as a tiny tap dancing penguin at the age of three and has never stopped. As a child she would often create her own "works" much to the detriment of the living room furniture and you could often find her leaping down grocery store aisles.

 Throughout grade school and high school she was a competitive dancer traveling around the country under the direction of Heather Saul. Her love of dance only grew as she got older and continued her education at Illinois State University where she received her B.S. in Dance Performance. Upon graduating the natural path for her was to move to Chicago where she now resides. Currently she is a company member with Innervation Dance Cooperative, Body Movin' Dance, and is an educator all over Chicagoland in dance, theatre, and fitness. She recently helped to open Top Note Performing Arts Academy in Lincolnwood Illinois where she is the Director of the Dance Program and head choreographer. Her past affiliations are with I.D.C. SPEAKS, The Subconscious Development Motion Project, and The Monocle Eclectic Dance Company. She has worked with choreographers such as Sonya Tayeh, Jon Lehrer, Kim Neal Nofsinger, and Ebone Lewis.

As a model Alys Ann began on accident when she was asked to help a friend with a photography project in college. It has only gone uphill from there with Alys being published in multiple Chicago area publications, most recently in Surreal Beauty Magazine, as well as being featured on websites such as Geek Girls, Delicious Dolls, and a few others.  She is also making a splash in the cosplay scene with her cosplay group Constellation Cosplay! Sometimes when no one is watching, she still leaps down grocery store aisles.
